Mental Wealth Solutions, Inc. Launches HealthcareCheck — White-Label Patient Navigation Infrastructure for FQHCs, CCBHCs, and Transplant Programs

Mental Wealth Solutions, Inc. today announced the general availability of HealthcareCheck, a HIPAA-compliant, white-label patient navigation platform deployable in 48 hours. HealthcareCheck serves Federally Qualified Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, transplant programs, and Employee Assistance Programs under an executed Business Associate Agreement.

HealthcareCheck provides organizations with a fully branded, FHIR R4-ready patient navigation infrastructure without the cost and timeline of custom software development. Tenants are provisioned within 48 hours of contract execution and BAA signing. The platform operates under AWS and Vertex AI (Google Cloud) — both of which carry executed BAAs — and stores all patient health information in pgcrypto-encrypted PostgreSQL.

"The populations most underserved by the healthcare system are also the ones least served by the technology built to navigate it," said Matthew Sexton, LCSW, Founder and Chief Executive of Mental Wealth Solutions, Inc. "HealthcareCheck exists because those organizations needed infrastructure yesterday, and the market was charging them a year and a million dollars to get it."

HealthcareCheck is available immediately. Organizations can schedule a discovery call with the founder at healthcarecheck.org.

Mental Wealth Solutions, Inc. Launches VibeCheck — Behavioral Health Platform Embedding Proprietary R.A.V.E.S. and S.T.O.I.C.K. Frameworks

Mental Wealth Solutions, Inc. announced the launch of VibeCheck, a HIPAA-compliant behavioral health platform built for therapists and their clients. VibeCheck is the first platform to embed the proprietary R.A.V.E.S. therapeutic progress framework and S.T.O.I.C.K. nervous-system regulation method — both developed by Matthew Sexton, LCSW.

VibeCheck runs on AWS EC2 with pgcrypto encryption at rest and Vertex AI (Gemini) under an executed Google Cloud BAA. The platform tracks all five R.A.V.E.S. domains — Recognition, Alignment, Value, Evidence, and Sovereignty — across sessions, giving therapists and clients structured, measurable outcome data rather than subjective impression.

The S.T.O.I.C.K. method is embedded as a proprietary in-app regulation tool. When clients log a difficult moment or trigger, the app guides them through the six-step protocol — Stop, Take a Breath, Observe, Imagine, Choose, Kindness — extending the clinical reach of the method between appointments.

"Therapy is the most under-measured clinical intervention in healthcare," said Matthew Sexton, LCSW. "R.A.V.E.S. and S.T.O.I.C.K. are how we fix that. VibeCheck is the infrastructure that makes those frameworks portable."

VibeCheck is available at vibecheck.luxury.
